Where the love, the writing, and the baking come together

The Kitchen. Part sanctuary, part madhouse. For some it is the room in the house to avoid at all costs, but for me it is the room of my own. It is my place to let creativity go, my studio. So, give me a mixing bowl and flour instead of a canvas and paint any day, and I'll create a masterpiece for the tastebuds.
This project is dedicated to bring cookie lovers a little closer to heaven, one stick of butter at a time. Here, you'll find recipes, stories and photos that will hopefully inspire you, make you smile and (if I do my job right) make you a tad bit hungry.
One thing that baking with my family has taught me though, is that you can't make a cookie for just one. So, come along with me and share your ideas and passion through Facebook and Twitter and most of all through the kitchen.
